TRAVEL & HOLIDAY FEES:

• Overnight fee: If overnight stays are required due to time constraints on the wedding day.  The hotel accommodations and any additional travel fees will be required and added to your contract. An overnight stay may be required for any bookings that require us to drive 2 hours one way, depending on the schedule (time of our arrival).

• A Holiday fee of $50 per stylist if required to be at your wedding on a major holiday weekend.

• If your wedding requires us to be on the road before 7 AM, the cost will be an additional $50 per stylist.

• Services include travel up to 60 miles per round trip from each stylist's address.  A fee of $1.00 per mile over the 60 miles.

BOOKING YOUR WEDDING

To secure your wedding day on our calendar, a $150 retainer is required. CLICK HERE to pay your retainer online. Once we receive your retainer, we will email you a form to collect your wedding information. To continue to hold your date, we must receive this information back within 2 weeks of receiving it.  THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT for continuing the process.  You do not have to have all of your information filled in if you don't know it yet.  You have up to 1 month before the wedding to add or delete services.  Sending back the 'Wedding Information' document as soon as possible helps us tremendously.  Your wedding date will be in our queue and will give us notice to tell other brides asking for your date that we have already reserved. We like to concentrate on one wedding on a given day. This gives you, the bride, the special attention that is required by my team.

After receiving your wedding information, we will email you a contract and a timeline for signing online. Half of the total will be due at signing.  
 

• The final remainder will be due one month before the wedding day.  

• The schedule will be locked in 1 month before the wedding day. (Due to the specific timeframes, the schedule will not be altered after it's locked in.)

• To add a service will depend on the time permitted and at the discretion of the MUA or hairstylist.

• If someone decides not to get a service done after the schedule is locked in, you will still be charged for that service.

PAYMENTS

Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Venmo, and Credit Card/Debit Cards. Credit cards are subject to a 3% processing fee. Checks are not accepted.

The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has signed the contract.

Gratuity is not included in the final remainder of the total. You will have a choice on what percentage you want to pay.  Tips are entirely at the client’s discretion.  Cash tips after services rendered the day of the wedding are also accepted.


CANCELLATION POLICY

 

At Timeless Salon & Bridal Studio, we provide exceptional care to all our brides and bridal parties. When a bride cancels the wedding date reserved without giving enough notice, they prevent another bride with a wedding from hiring us.

Due to the high demand for our wedding day hair and makeup services, your wedding date must be reserved with a credit card for 50% of the total services and a signed contract.  The remainder of the total is due one month before the wedding date.

We require a 3-month notice of cancellation before the day of your wedding. If notified within 3 months of the wedding date, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee from the total amount of services paid.

If the wedding is canceled 3 months or more before the wedding date, the client will lose 1/4 of the total amount on the contract to Timeless Salon & Bridal Studio. The remainder of the total will be returned to the client/bride.  The client will have no further liability to the artists or Timeless Salon & Studio, LLC.

SERVICE LOCATION & REQUIREMENTS:

The location of services for the day of the event will be at the client's discretion. A designated set-up table/work area must be available for the hair & and makeup artist(s) at the location.

Ample lighting, whether natural light or lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly. The makeup artists will bring their professional ring lights.

Please have electrical outlets nearby for the artists. We may need them if additional lighting is necessary for the airbrush machine, the stylist's curling irons, blow dryers, etc.

Please have everyone have a clean, makeup-free face before starting their makeup services. And clean-dried hair for updos and styles, unless receiving a blowout. If receiving a blowout, please have their hair washed at the time of service. Please apply a quality mousse or styling gel to your hair before drying it to give it extra staying power. Stylists will also have a thermal active setting spray and strong hair sprays for even more holding power on the day of service. 

Please wear a loose-fitting top, robe, button, or zip-down top. This will allow the client to get changed without disrupting the makeup or hairstyle.

Makeup artists and hairstylists will bring their complete professional makeup kit, hair products, and tools.

We will only use our makeup products and tools; we will not use the client’s makeup products and/or tools unless we have previously arranged this with the client.


SANITATION AND STERILIZATION

All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary.

All products are sanitized between every makeup application.

The client must report any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities to the makeup artist before application, and if needed, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test the reaction.


TRIALS

 

*Reserve and book your wedding date with us before your trial.  

 

I recommend booking your trial services/service 2 to 4 months before your wedding date. 

Although trials are not mandatory, I highly recommend them.

During the trial, we will discuss and try out the makeup and hairstyles you've chosen, tweak them to fit you, and make any necessary adjustments. Trials also allow you to try different looks and see what you like best. They will also let you wear the makeup and hairstyle for the day to see how it feels and holds up in preparation for your wedding day. Then, on the day of your wedding, we will have a look nailed down already, and everything will run that much more smoothly.

Booking both bridal makeup and hair trials on the same day will give you a better idea of the overall look of your wedding day. 

Preparation for the trial: It's extremely helpful to have a Pinterest board of the vibe and makeup looks you’re interested in to show to your artist. Sending inspirational pictures and makeup looks ahead of time will allow us to properly prepare and bring any necessary/specific products to achieve your desired look.

When sending over any inspirational looks, please specify what you like specifically about each one.

Please have a clean, makeup-free face before starting your bridal trial appointment. To avoid potential irritation, avoid any facial treatments, waxing, etc.

Before your appointment, inform your artist of any allergies, skin conditions, or concerns that you may have. If you happen to have any allergic or negative reactions during or after the trial, please let your artist know immediately. This way, we can note the problematic products and avoid using them.

During your bridal trial, you will meet your makeup artist and hairstylist. Your wedding day will be a positive and pleasant experience for you and your makeup artist and stylist.


WEDDING DAY SCHEDULING

We will email you a tentative timeline based on your desired end time and party size. This timeline takes into account all services to be completed and extra padding time for potential delays (for example, bridesmaids arriving late, bridal party helping out elsewhere, etc.).

Artists will arrive 15 minutes before the agreed start time to set up so that services can begin on time.

Please be on time and ready for services. Clients should have a clean, makeup-free face for their artist and clean, dry hair.

Once services are completed, artists will pack up and leave. The only occasion an artist will stay beyond the completion of total services is if hourly touch-ups are booked ahead of time and added to the contract.

Getting a full bridal party ready typically takes 4 to 6 hours. It’s always best to start early—the earlier, the better! The day goes by so quickly.

The bride and any other honorary guests will take about an hour for each service, and all bridal party members, family, attendants, and all others will take around 45 minutes each. Please keep in mind that all services will vary in time depending on the overall look the client is receiving.

The bride should aim to complete her services before the photographer arrives unless the photographer wants 'getting ready’ makeup pics.

Clients who need to be finished earlier will be given priority to start services first.


TOUCH-UPS

Touch-ups are booked hourly ($75 per hour) and should be scheduled ahead of time and added to your service contract. Touch-ups may be added on the day of services only if the artist is available and agrees to do so. If this happens, once the last touch-up is completed, payment is required immediately after all touch-up services are rendered.

Touch-ups are recommended if you are planning on taking photos outdoors and if the weather conditions are not ideal (for example, the summertime with its extreme heat and humidity or rain showers and wind).

We will execute our absolute best work on your services, but we cannot guarantee that the look will remain the same throughout the day, especially due to elements out of our control, such as weather.

Most clients book their touch-ups after their first looks and initial photos, which are usually done before the ceremony and after the ceremony/before the reception. This is usually a 5—or 6-hour touch-up booking. The artist will stay with the bride and bridal party and be on hand whenever a touch-up is needed.

Touch-ups will only be rendered on clients who previously received bridal makeup services from our team.
